The Kansa Face Wand arrived and is wonderful, however the maintenance clay ad the bottle of cleaner were unusable. The bottle of cleanser was broken and washed all of the ink directions off off the clay, so I don't know how to use it. I have been told 2 times that replacements were on the way, but nothing has been received.
